Agreement to Terms

By accessing the AfiHunt platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform or participate in any AfiHunt activities.

Hunter Eligibility

  • • Participating hunters must be aged 18 or older and residents of the UK.
  • • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • • Hunters must use their real identity to be eligible for prize redemptions.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the spirit of the hunt, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification:

Cheating & Botting

Automating digital clue discoveries or using multi-account strategies.

Spoilers

Broadcasting physical hunt locations publicly before they are found.

Prizes & Redemption

Prizes found through Physical Hunts are issued as digital or physical gift cards. By redeeming a prize, you agree to:

Redeem only at authorized Afiki Marketplace partner vendors.

Accept that prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Provide valid ID when requested by a vendor for high-value redemptions.

Vendor Participation

Vendors agree to honor valid AfiHunt gift cards and clues as per their specific agreement with Afiki Marketplace. AfiHunt reserves the right to suspend vendor access for consistent failure to comply with redemption standards.

AfiHunt is a product of Afiki Marketplace. Legal disputes are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
